About 2008 INFINITI QX56
New front and rear fascias, new front fog lights, a revised one-piece roof rack design and new standard 20x8J-inch chromed aluminum-alloy wheels and heavy-duty P275/60R20 Michelin tires lead the changes for 2008. Two new exterior colors, Lakeshore Slate and Serengeti Sand, are also offered.
The 2008 QX56 retains its 5.6-liter V-8 engine, rated at 320 horsepower and 393 lb.-ft. of torque -- 90 percent of which is available at 2,500 rpm.
Inside, the new QX56 adds a power-folding third-row 60/40 split seat, new illuminated steering wheel controls, new designs and colors for the instrument cluster, a lockable glove box, a new Stone interior color (in addition to Wheat and Charcoal) and new wood grain interior trim.
New standard equipment includes a Burr-Brown audio system with 9.5-gigabyte Music Box hard drive and standard Intelligent Key.
Infiniti is providing a free three-year subscription to both XM Satellite radio and the XM NavTraffic system, which delivers real-time traffic information. NavTraffic works in concert with the standard hard drive-based Infiniti Navigation System to display current traffic conditions and route you around backups.
